What we sell

A subscription to a wedding website builder and planner: a published wedding page at an address of your choosing, a guest list with public RSVP, a budget tracker, and access to a marketplace of listed vendors. For vendors, a listing visible to signed-in couples who are actively planning.

It is a service delivered entirely online. There is nothing to ship and no delivery period — your account is available immediately on sign-up.

Price and payment

Prices are published on our pricing page and are quoted in South African Rand. The price shown is the full price: there are no delivery charges, no setup fees and no commission on anything you spend with a vendor. Where VAT becomes applicable, prices will be shown inclusive of it.

Plans and credit packs are paid for by card through Yoco, our payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Card details are handled entirely by a registered payment provider. We do not receive, process or store card numbers at any point.

Your right to cancel

Section 44 of the ECT Act gives you seven days to cancel an electronic transaction without reason and without penalty. Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 governs cancellation of a fixed-term agreement. Both are set out in full on our refunds and cancellation page.

Keeping a record of your transaction

Your dashboard holds your plan, your account details and everything you have created, and you can export a copy at any time. We confirm every transaction by email to the address on your account. Keep that email — it is your record.

Security and your personal information

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access to records is enforced in the database itself, not only in our application. Our full description of what we hold and how we protect it is in the privacy policy.

Database, authentication and photo storage. Hosted in: United Kingdom (eu-west-2).

Processor — Render

Application hosting and server logs. Hosted in: Germany (Frankfurt).

Processor — Anthropic

Generating the planner's suggestions from your date, location, budget and remaining categories. Hosted in: United States.

Disputes

Contact us first — almost everything is resolved that way. We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution code. You retain every right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, including referral to the National Consumer Commission, and you may complain to the Information Regulator about anything concerning your personal information.
